Diablo Santiago, along with partner Oman Tortuga, form the Out Cast Killaz. Unfortunatly, this tag team hasnt really found much success as of late, winning a minimal amount of matches. That may sound like a bad thing but hey, look at it this way. They can only go up in the ranks in months to come.
